About me
I help individuals who have value to share but struggle to share it.

I'm a mindset coach, podcaster, content creator and entrepreneur.
My passion is understanding why we do the things we do, and more importantly, why we don't do the things we know we should.
Through understanding our psychology, neurology and biology, we can become masters of the lives we lead.
I struggled for years failing to believe in myself enough to do the things I wanted to do. I half-assed my life and it nearly destroyed me.
It's through those failures I learned what makes us tick and how we can train ourselves to overcome our childhood programming.
I believe we all have incredible gifts to offer the world and those around us, if we could only get out of our own way and stop sabotaging the success we want and deserve.
It's our responsibility to do the work to uncover and share these gifts with the world, and it's my goal to help you do just that.
